- Shipping time: Orders placed after 4pm PST on business days ship the next business day
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Cannabis use items cannot be returned if used, contact us before use.
- Broken or damaged items: Contact us with order number and clear photos, will be replaced for free
- Legal note: Dispose broken glass products responsibly, GeeWest Glass not liable for harm caused
- Missing items: Check packaging, email us with order number and description, will be replaced
- Package not delivered: Must file claim with USPS and report stolen mail. *We will not be able to issue any refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we are always happy to assist you in any way we can in filing a claim or reporting the issue to the shipping carrier.
