Shipping, Delivery & Lost Package Policy
At Gee West Glass, we work hard to ensure every order is packed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the following policy regarding shipments, deliveries, and packages marked as delivered.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Gee West Glass is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to make changes before your order ships, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Shipping Times
Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. Weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and make arrangements to receive their package if necessary.
Packages Marked as Delivered
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Gee West Glass is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after a confirmed delivery scan. Because the carrier has confirmed successful delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or send replacement orders for packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend the following:
- Check around your home, mailbox, porch, garage, side gates, or other possible delivery locations.
- Ask family members, neighbors, apartment offices, leasing offices, or mailrooms if they accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier to request the GPS delivery coordinates and open a missing package investigation.
- If you believe your package was stolen, file a police report and ask the carrier about any available claims or investigations.
While we are happy to provide shipping information to assist with a carrier investigation, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Lost Packages
If your package has not been marked as delivered and appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier and will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution based on the carrier's findings.
Returned Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier will be eligible for reshipment after the customer pays any applicable return and reshipping costs.
Signature Confirmation
For higher-value orders, Gee West Glass may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.
Package Theft Prevention
To help reduce the risk of package theft, we recommend:
- Shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.
- Using a business address, P.O. Box, or other secure delivery location when available.
- Monitoring tracking updates so you know when your package is expected to arrive.
