Policy

Confirmation Email

Please make sure that your email and address is correct and complete when submitting your order. We send out shipping updates via email once your order is ready to ship. Please check your junk and spam folders for email confirmation as well.


Damage Upon Arrival 

Please note that although we ensure our orders are packed and shipped out safely we cant guarantee that in transit items wont be affected. If your item arrives damaged or broken please contact us via email. You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item. We will replace any broken items at no additional cost. If you receive a defective item we may request that you send back the original item at no additional cost. 


Exchanges 

Please keep in mind that we don't offer exchanges. When placing your order please verify it for accuracy. We don't issue pre paid return labels. Should you decide to return your order we will gladly issue you a full refund once your order has been received. 


Returns

We strive to provide great costumer service and pride ourselves with our product. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us via email. We will gladly issue a full refund for your order once the item is received. Shipping charges and processing fees are non refundable. We do not accept returns on used items of any kind under any circumstance.   


Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. All orders shipped before 4pm PST ship out same day (M-F). Orders placed after 4pm ship the following business day.
